Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and use of this Website shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding it conflicts of laws rules. The User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. You expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by such courts sitting in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and you agree that you will not object to jurisdiction of or venue in such courts on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, or otherwise. You agree that MSI may, in its sole discretion, institute or convert any action to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Such arbitration will: (1) apply the choice of laws specified above; and (2) take place in Carlisle, PA. No failure or delay in enforcing any provision, exercising any option, or requiring performance, shall be construed to be a waiver of that or any other right in connection to these Terms. If any terms of these Terms of Use is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall not be affected.
Use of this Website is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms relating the governing law and jurisdiction.
Applicable Laws
MSI’s performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained herein is in derogation of MSI’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to any party’s use of this Website or information provided to or collected by MSI regarding such use.
Privacy and Personal Information
All information we collect on this site is subject to our Privacy Policy
